Build

This kit includes all the materials needed to build a fully functional airframe, down to the firewall.  

You’ll receive a wooden crate that, once emptied, can be used as a convenient support and work table. Inside, you’ll find the components needed to build the fuselage, the wing panels with flaperons and profiled struts pre-drilled for precise fit, the tailplanes, the standard tricycle landing gear with 6”" wheels and differential hydraulic disc brakes, the controls with linkages and connecting cables (already cut to the correct length). Parts requiring riveting with solid rivets are supplied ready-made to simplify assembly and reduce the margin for error.

What’s included?

Together with the KIT we provide the materials and equipment needed to build it:

• a pneumatic riveter

• all rivets in the required sizes

• a selection of pins with pliers for installation

• all AN screws with their nuts and washers

• a roll of braking wire

• 2 wing tanks of 36 liters each (long range option available  to double the range)

• a 6-litre header tank with float reserve indicator (larger 18-litre option available

• with visual LED reserve indicator), condensation drain, fuel tap and pipes to the

• firewall 

• seat belts

• double throttle

• plastic ends for the ends of ailerons and tailplanes

• jig for fitting the ailerons

The KIT does not include:

The engine, the exhaust system, the propeller, the radiator and oil cooler, pipes, hoses, fittings, clamps, seat padding, instruments, electrical system, paintwork, interior upholstery.

This KIT, in addition to everything specified for KIT#1, includes:

• Rotax 912 engine mount with silent blocks and mounts

• radiator

• oil cooler

• sleeves with steel spiral core

• armored oil pipes and NORMA and ABA clamps

• cabin heating system

• completion of the fuel system from the firewall forward (electric pump, fuel filters, fuel distributor with connection for “fuel press” pressure gauge and recirculation towards the anti-vapor-lock tanks, NBR+CR rubber laminated pipes with NORMA clamps)

• Navigation and engine instruments (ASI, Alti, VSI, RPM with integrated hour meter, slip indicator, compass, voltmeter, oil temperature and pressure, right and left cylinder head temperature, fuel pressure)

• Complete electrical system with battery, key switch, breakers, switches, battery charge light, fuel reserve light with test button, landing light, cabin interior light, electric trim on the elevator split cloth seats

The KIT does not include:

Rotax 912 engine with oil tank, voltage regulator, exhaust system, and propeller.
